"Once while I was in Sicily, I stopped into what was billed as a ‘drinkeria’ for an afternoon aperol spritz and antipasti. I enjoyed a perfect afternoon.
I wanted to bring that experience to Tampa, to create a space where you could sample flavor-packed Sicilian street food, tasty small plates, desserts, cigars, craft cocktails and wines.
For us, Santo’s is a more casual aspect of Casa Santo Stefano — an indoor-outdoor space with a rooftop view of historic Ybor City.
