Fresh Fish, Locally-Sourced

Are you a Sicilian food lover? Sicilian food lovers know that fish and seafood are integral to a delicious Sicilian diet!

As the largest island in the Mediterranean, Sicily is surrounded by water. The deep flavor of traditional Sicilian cuisine comes straight from the sea.

At Casa Santo Stefano, our seafood is fresh and delicious! Much of it is sourced from local providers and from the Gulf of Mexico when available. Our grouper, lobster, squid, shrimp, swordfish, sea bass and middle neck clams are so fresh and prepared so expertly that you’ll swear you’re eating at the docks in Palermo!
